Responsibilities


* Activate a technology center of excellence for aluminum operations
* Develop and implement standards for mature technology adoption and scaling
* Drive digitization, process automation, and system implementations across the value chain
* Lead AI-driven initiatives for productivity improvement and process optimization
* Build detailed business cases for digital and automation technologies
* Collaborate with business units to deploy successful use cases at scale
* Ensure technical capability development aligned with long-term aluminum strategy
* Promote awareness among stakeholders for technology prioritization and commercialization

Requirements:

* Bachelor's Degree in computer science, engineering; Master's preferred
* 15+ years in technology management and strategic deployment, ideally in metals or mining
* Proven experience in mine-to-mill integration, digitization, automation, and AI projects
* Strong leadership and team development skills with a track record of transformation delivery
* High-level competencies in communication, integrity, accountability, and collaboration
