In this pivotal role, you will drive excellence in project execution, implement robust governance frameworks, and ensure top-tier quality standards that empower our clients to achieve their strategic objectives.
Responsibilities
- Lead and oversee project delivery from initiation to completion, ensuring adherence to defined timelines, budgets, and quality standards.
- Develop and implement effective governance frameworks to support project and organizational objectives.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance quality assurance processes and mitigate risks throughout project lifecycles.
- Provide expert guidance on best practices in quality management and governance to internal stakeholders and clients.
- Conduct regular project reviews and audits to identify improvement opportunities and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Facilitate communication and alignment between project teams, senior management, and clients to promote transparency and continuous improvement.
- Contribute to business development activities by identifying opportunities and delivering insightful presentations to prospective clients.

Requirements
Qualifications & Education
• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business Administration, Quality Management, or related discipline.
• Master’s degree preferred.
Certifications (preferred or to be completed within 6 months):
• ISO 9001:2015 Lead Auditor or Internal Auditor (mandatory).
• ISO 14001 and/or ISO 45001 Lead Auditor (preferred).
• A Project Management Professional (PMP) certification, PRINCE2 certification, or equivalent is desirable.
• Any additional certification in Lean Six Sigma, Business Process Management, or Integrated Management Systems is advantageous.
- Proven track record of successfully managing complex projects with a strong focus on governance and quality delivery.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills with meticulous attention to detail.
- Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills, capable of leading teams and engaging clients effectively.
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced and dynamic environment, demonstrating initiative and leadership.
