Facilities Manager
Description
We are currently seeking a Facilities Manager on behalf of our client, a prominent Saudi Arabian real estate and urban development company based in Mecca. The role is responsible for the optimal planning, delivery, and performance management of all Facilities Management (FM) services.
Responsibilities
- Establish standard operating procedures (SOPs) for all service types
- Handle Hard and Soft FM Services
- Track and report the performance of in-house and outsourced services through defined KPIs and SLAs
- Ensure all FM activities comply with health, safety, environmental (HSE), and municipal regulations.

Requirements
• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Facilities Management, or a related discipline.
• Experience in public realm management, mixed-use developments, or government asset portfolios preferred.
• Strong familiarity with Maximo IBM.
• Strong understanding of contracting, procurement, and budget management.
• Native Arabic speaker
